All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported local payment methods.

• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ckv444 customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any required verification and provided that no active investigation is underway relating to your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
